From start to finish customer service was amazing! We even considered changing dates due to the unpredictable English weather and they did everything to try and accommodate us! Ive hired bouncy castles from others before but will def be back to Make it Perfect Soft Play & Bouncy Castles in future!

We hired the outdoor soft play for my sons 1st birthday. The equipment was perfect. It was clean and well looked after. The service I received was efficient and staff were very friendly. The hire costs were the most reasonably priced that I compared for all the local businesses and they provided all the same equipment. I will definitely be using this company again for future parties

Wonderful service with make it perfect soft play and bouncy castles! We ordered balloons as well as a softplay set up, but due to weather we had to change arrangements with the soft play. But we were over the moon with the fantastic balloons for our daughters second birthday! Communication was always very professional, friendly and rapid response! Will definitely be using their services again, thank you so much!
